Pretty much any logging program can import an ADIF to view or make other use of. RUMLogNG, fllog, MLDX, to name a few. Don't know of anything to just simply display. If you need to see and/or edit a raw unparsed file with markups, any text reader like TextEdit or BBEdit will do.
