I have a similar problem, but it usually won't even run 15 minutes. I'm using a 590SG. Starting with version 2.4.0, I had to employ tricks to get band hopping to work. The most successful trick was waiting for 2 or 3 decode intervals and then selecting band hopping, which would prevent the program from closing just as a decode was finished, before a band hop was initiated. This wouldn't always work. Just starting the program with band hopping selected would always crash the program after the first decode.

Now with the latest version, 2.5.4, I can't figure out any workarounds to get the band hopping to work with WSPR. Going from 2.4.0 to 2.5.4, I introduced a huge variable; going from Win 10 on a 10-year-old PC to a new PC running Win 11.

I can't really find many posts on this with a solution, so is it a rare issue or do others experience this bug as well?

Any tips to get around this issue would be most appreciated.

Hi All

When I run WSJT-x in WSPR mode band switching it will run for about 15 min and then shut down and go away. Is there any debugging for this? Is this a known problem?
Using a Yaesu FTDX-5000 and SCU-17.
