That is apparently added by Qt and has not been implemented in WSJT-X. Doesn't work on Unix either.

Perhaps from command line you may start wsjt-x with

I wanted change language (to English) and I renamed "wsjt.exe" to "wsjt -l en.exe", but the language has not changed.
