Hi Folks;
Having issue with audio getting to rig to transmit. Have MacBook Pro w/Big Sir 11.6.1, Signalink usb and Yaesu FT 897D
Receive audio is fine. WSJT preferences audio set to Codec for in and out. Wsjtx preferences set to CAT PTT which works. Audio from laptop is not getting to signalink to bring up signalink PTT. I have substituted both signalink cable and Signalink unit and result is the same. I would appreciate any help.

you should probably be using "Settings->Radio->PTT Method->VOX" when using a correctly configured SignaLink USB interface, this letting the interface do PTT control without any interference. Having said that I don't thin that is the current issue you have. The pins in the min-DIN plugs are quite fragile, check carefully that one has not been bent and no longer making contact. Also do you have the "Settings->Radio->Mode->Data/Pkt" option checked and have the rig's user defined DIGI mode configured as USER-U?
