Locked Alerts Sound Not Working #AudioIssues

I turned Sound ON and when there's an Alert JTAlert crashes.
When I go to Settings > Wanted Grid > Alert Sound and select Test JTAlert crashes. Below is the output from Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application Faulting application name: JTAlertV2.Manager.exe, version: 2.50.1.0, time stamp: 0x602c44b3
