Locked Hamlib Error #general

I am trying to use my IC-765 on ft8 using WSJT-X. I am using a xggcomms Digimode-4 interface and am running into a communications bus collision error when testing ptt. Any help is apreciated as I have tried every setting imaginable. The cat works fine and even ptt but still errors out.
