Locked Installing Version 2.3.0-rc2 on Big Sur (11.1)

I am trying to install version 2.3.0-rc2 on my Mac running Big Sur (11.1). I am following the instructions in the Read Me file. It says at one point:

Now re-boot your Mac. This is necessary to install the changes. After the
reboot you should re-open the Terminal window as before and you can check that the
change has been made by typing:
sysctl -a | grep sysv.shm
If shmmax is not shown as 14680064 then contact me since WSJT-X will fail to load with
an error message: "Unable to create shared memory segment"
In my Terminal window it says:

What do I do?

there is a small error in the ReadMe.txt file. The parameters are correct, you should find that WSJT-X v2.3.0 RC2 runs OK.

I am now in the Radio tab trying to select the correct serial port.
I am not sure what I am looking for. I understand that Big Sur already has the necessary driver built in, but what is it called, if anyone can help?

you haven't mentioned what rig you have and how it is connected to your Mac for audio and CAT control.

Bill, it is an ICOM 705 connected through USB for audio and CAT. I have made some contacts, so I assume I am okay. I am using the driver titled: /dev/cu.usbmodem143201. Thanks.
