Locked odd bunch of signals on top band now

Hi Group.

There is an extraordinary group of signals on top band now that are FT8 around 1.836 Mhz. Looks like a Russian station is working about 25 stations at the same time! Anyone know what's going on? The call is 7Q7RU.
