Locked wsjtx_status.txt

I use CCleaner, one of the widely used computer utilities.
Everytime I run it, I get this from the WSJTX program:
"c/users/name/AppData/Local/Temp/WSJT-X/wsjtx_status.txt" not working.
Is there a way I can handle this without always having to recreate this?
Why is this .txt file necessary?

See

Whitelist that file. In Windows, the application may be locking it or corrupting the file. Setup a whitelist

Layne,

do not run utilities that are going to delete files in the temporary files area while programs that are running are using them.
