Locked 2m using Flex-1500 and transverter.

Guys,
I am trying out my 2m set-up. I have WSJT-X connected to Fl-rig and Fl-rig connected to PowerSDR for theFlex-1500 using virtual COM ports. I connecting WSJT-X to Power-SDR audio using a pair of virtual audio cables. When I configure WSJT-X it sets the rig into LSB-Data mode. If I manually change this in PowerSDR, when I try and transmit (using tune on WSJT-X) it switches back into LSB data mode. Is this intentional? 73 Phil GM3ZZA |

I too have a Flex-1500 but config WSJT-X direct as I do with many other radios, I don't use FLRig as part of the setup, as I'm not doing remote control, and it works without issue. I was curious, so downloaded FLRig and using the TS-2000 setting in FLRig, and FLRig FLRig in WSJT-X I too see WSJT-X changing sideband. However I notice when selecting the TS-2000 rig the only option for data out is FSK and FSK-R, if I select USB no audio goes to WSJT-X. Are you using specific rig definition file Phil? Regards Glen |

Had a little more time this evening to check my settings, it all works fine now using USB in FTRig and setting the mode to USB in WSJT-X, and Enable VAC1 and direct audio output via your Virtual Audio Cable. I occasionally had WSJT-X close if using the Rig Split option but no issue with Fake It. The version of FLRig was a new download version 1.3.50 and using TS-2000 as the radio type as advised by FlexRadio. Regards Glen |
