I agree...If anyone is contemplating using Digital in this portion of the band, he should first check to see if it's allowed. In Region 2 (IARU) it's permissible. Our P.97 reg's allow it as well. YMMV

we have to also coordinate with Other Region-X members/hams because not
all can Use Data modes just everywhere in a band.
