#FT8 New Version?
#FT8
Is reverting to 2.3 as simple as downloading the software and installing it (much like upgrading to the next rc version)? Would I need to make any other changes? Thx.

Involuntary CQing
Austin (and others), Reading through this thread, I had one concern in mind, and it was finally pointed out by Austin in the last paragraph above - auto logging only logs when a 73 is sent/received. O

Set WSJT-X To Turn On My Radio
#Cat_RigControl
Since installing 2.3.0 rc3, I no longer see my radio being automatically turned on by WSJT-X - how do I make that happen again?

FT4/8 Transmit Problem
Interesting - I switched to a new desktop a few days ago, and discovered that my USB keyboard doesn't work when my radio's transmitting on FT8/4 - is this an RF issue or are USB drivers fighting each

NO LUCK at those suggested frequencies, so I'd been using the program default frequencies all day yesterday - mostly on 20m/40m FT4. Propagation for the other three bands were nonexistent for me (nort

WSJT-X Crashing in RTTY Roundup FT4
I recall this being an issue in the FT Roundup a few weeks ago - I'm experiencing the same now in FT4, running version 2.2.2. Is there a fix? Thanks.

RTTY RU FT8/4 Calling Frequencies
What are the "watering holes" frequencies for FT8/4 for the upcoming RTTY Roundup? There's quite a bit of "normal" traffic on 7.074, 14.074, etc. Thanks.

This is for Jim - W4GMU: To switch to the FT4 Mode, go to the Mode pull-down menu in WSJT-X, and select "FT4". WSJT-X will automatically select its default FT4 frequency (by band) for you, and you'll

Launch JTALERT from WSJT-X
Thanks everyone. I'll be patient and wait for that message to disappear on its own. WB4HXE wrote that JTALERT closes both WSJT-X and ACLog as well upon shutdown? I didn't know that; I'll close JTALERT

FT Roundup Logs Received Page Updated
Thanks for posting, Don. It's my first time with this contest. Will the organizers be publishing a "scorecard" for each contestant?

WSJT-X Error Message Received When Attempting to Log FT Roundup QSO: Invalid QSO Data -- Check Exchange Sent and Received
I also ran across this problem, and it was in fact caused by missing/incorrect EXCHANGE info. from the other station. WSJT-X crashed on my five times while in FT4 mode, though, as it did for a number

Old bug still there in FT4 RU mode
Me too, V 2.2.2. I was not aware that it only happened in FT4, but will pay more attention today. I've lost a few QSOs as a result - this happens when a station responds to my CQ, followed immediately

Resetting CQ Response Back to TX1 from TX2
I am in Contest mode (under "Advanced"), and do have the RTTY box ticked, and the correct State inserted.
