No decode on 40m, Band Activity blank
#FT8
I'm seeing a similar kind of problem where WSJT-X (v2.4.0) will stop decoding if the setup is left untouched for a few hours and is only doing Monitoring. It happens regardless of band. At first I tho

Cliff (KU4GW), I agree fully with using DATA-U mode vs. SSB since it bypasses any SSB mic equalisation that may be dialled into the 991A, giving a flatter audio response up to at least 3 kHz. Somethin

Thanks Bill. Well, I don't think the laptop has any trouble decoding; it lists many decodes and they're consistent with how many sigs I see on the waterfall (or don't see where the snr is very low ;-)

I know you said your clock is synchronised, but check it again as the clock timing is very important for obtaining decodes; anything approaching a 2 sec offset from UTC is not likely to decode. Easies

BTW, there was a changle to the Hamlib library between wsjtx V2.1.x and V2.2.x. Owners of FT991A were bitten by a Hamlib bug in 2.2.0 which was fixed in 2.2.1. I wonder if there were other "improvemen

I had to think about this one because I have an FT991A, operate split mode and have the radio's tuner enabled while operating on VFO-A and have not seen this. I might ask whether Marcel is configured

Small bugs in 2.2.2
Reino, Well, what can I say about #1 except it happens on my HP 840G1 laptop screen in 1366x768 resolution. It's not a big deal I suppose but thought I'd mention it in case anyone else sees the same.
