Also, the rules regarding the center frequencies are not clear. (they are) FT8 doesn’t have a carrier. (yes it does, it's suppressed, but it's still the carrier frequency) It’s SSB suppressed carrier.

not when it's used like it is on the other bands there's only ONE spot (1500hz) we US hams can transmit on, and cannot when others are transmitting on the channel that's right there on the band chart.
