Is the bandwidth for #FST4 quoted correctly in the v2.3.1 User Guide?

I am translating the v2.3.1 User Guide. In section 17.2.10, Table 7 quotes the FST4-15 Keying rate (Baud) to 16.67 baud, whilst the Bandwidth is quoted as 67.6 Hz. Should that be (16.67 x 4 =) 66.7 Hz

Thanks for version 2.4.0-rc3. In the v2.4.0-rc3 User Guide, the illustration of section 10.1.5 Mode Menu shows the v2.3.0 Mode Menu, including QRA64 and ISCAT, both to be deprecated in v2.4.0. I guess

Just curious: Why is the compacted data for FST4 scrambled whereas the other LDPC modes FT4/8 and MSK144 are not? The latters' compressed data conveniently appears directly in the symbols. Andy www.g4
