Thanks Mike, I doubt it since the ICOM IC-7610 power output without the amplifier is 100 Watts. I need to turn down the power to about 20 Watts before the amplifier output starts to drop from 500 Watt

LOtW may not have the correct grid but the grid received from the other station in WSJT-X will override that data. At least it does when I am using JTAlert. Bill WB6JJJ

Hi Ty, Others have mentioned that it is a VHF contest mode to gather grids only. I understand that now, but this was on the HF bands and not in a contest. So, I guess that I will just log it anyway...

I also found this problem… why move the radio back to the normal frequency when that is not supposed to be allowed in F/H mode. It caught me a few times recently with the numerous DXpeditions using F/
