Signalink setup
If the audio is to low out of the computer then it won’t key the PTT in the Signalink. The slider in WSJT will control that level. Then one adjust the TX control on the Signalink for the correct audio

I would first check all PL-259 connectors to assure they are correctly mated and are very tight. Any that appear suspicious, replace them. Also, add a common mode choke to the coax from the antenna. A
