After upgrade to WSJT-X 2.4.0, an IC-7600 no longer changes bands on SPE Expert 1K-FA power amplifier

You could try using WSJT-X 2.5.0rc5 and check for the same problem, alternatively wait a couple of weeks until hamlib-4.3 is released and then the next WSJT-X version should have the updated hamlib wi

#WSJTX_config / IC-7610 / Operating Rig=Split with different filters on each band.
#WSJTX_config
That is not true, the 7300 Tx filter can be adjusted with individual control of low and high corner frequencies for SSB and SSB-D. I would think that the 7610 would be very similar.

Power slider setting to rig audio level changed a lot from 2.3.1 to 2.4.0
#txaudio
A bug related to storage of per-band power and tune power has been fixed in 2.4.0, this is likely to have been the reason for clearing of the previously stored settings.

I share your pain, the problem I have is that the list you show above is not scrollable and so some entries appear below the screen edge and are not selectable without guesswork.
