If you don't have a backup (which you should try to do in the future) looks like your QRZ logbook would get you close at least. You've got 1934 QSOs on there. Go to your logbook and click Settings --

The proper setting for a 7300 is 0dB on the Windows playback level (right-click the level slider and choose dB).The input side of the 7300 usually works around 17%. That's what I've helped people set
