There's going to be a 4.3.1 bugfix release.  I think that's what we should release with WSJTX.

That's what's required.  There's a lot of impedance between the two.  Test for AC voltage first between your bonding bus and the house ground (like the electrical outlet ground).  Then test resistance....it should be < 2 ohms.  That's where your computer is grounded for example to you have different grounding points going on.

Also...what do you have for your shack grounding system?  Many ops do the rig-in-the-ground-outside-the-shack without bonding it to the house ground which can cause additional problems like you are experiencing.  It's an electrical code requirement in the USA.

It is normal for the rig to do this if you have ‘fake it’ set in WSJT-X. It’s purpose is to keep your Transmitted signal near the middle of your band filter. 

HOWEVER I have also had a few cases where the frequency ‘walks’ away from the correct frequency as is moves by the offset on each transmission but does not return to the starting frequency.  A temporary solution is to retune the rig and then make sure your transmit frequency is in the range 1-1.5k, so that fake it has no effect.

To fix it I have to reboot the PC and power cycle the rig, so I think it is caused by Windows not correctly accessing the cat control for some reason.
