It is possible to make such an adapter yourself. I didn’t find such an LF adapter in the local electronics stores.

FWIW ... using an external USB sound card is a much better option as it will keep the computer sounds out of the audio path to WSJT-X.

You can buy or make a connector to split the trrs plug into two trs jacks. one for Mic and one for speaker. Unfortunately these are not very common, but you can get them online from a domestic

this is what I did not yet tested. The error is not 100% reproducable, happens not every day.
I wil install the debug-version from W9MDB and will send him the log if it occurs.

Bill, yes, You were on the right track. When TX is set to 5Watts the issue is resolved. RFI has totaly slipped my mind. Thank you very much for taking me on the right track!
