iburst reduces the polling time to speed up the initial correction.-G allows any initial correction to be stepped instead of slewed where normally < 128ms is slewed and not

I have the same problem, never found a fix, I just use FLrig for CAT
You can select FLRig as the radio in WSJTX.

You don't say, but I assume Windows? Is it possible Windows did an update behind the scenes? Try selecting some other audio device and then switching back to the IC7610 codec.

The SignaLink is quite susceptible to local noise.
One solution many do is aluminum foil on the front and back panels that connects with the case to provide better shielding.

I just noticed that WSJT-X shows an audio level of 20 dB with my radio and Signalink USB interface both turned off. However, the level drops to 0 dB if I lower the Windows level control on the USB

One thing I noticed about Meinberg is that they are missing the -G option at startup. The -G allows an initial step correction where the -g just allows ntpd to keep running when it's off by too
