I cannot log to Log4OM with Meteor Scatter Software opened. I tried WSJT and MSHV also but they run only RX because the only Port connected to my IC-7300 is occupied by Log4OM and so they cannot use

Re: WSJT-X Command line
Mike,
There are some differences in the wide graph between WSPR-2 and JT65/9. That’s the only reason.

wsjtx --help
All the rig params are set with the rig-name when you are running WSJT-X.
If you want a different rig setup for WSPR-2 (why?) just use a different rig name like "Peaberry-WSPR"

Just to clarify, for future readers.
The issue was due to latent defect in the Elecraft K3 where it fails to leave transmit mode if it has been keyed both by a wired PTT input and a CAT command. This

Thanks to Bill, my problem has been solved! Turns out to be a 'quirk' between WSJTX 1.7 newer levels and my Signalink/K3. All is good now!

Hi Mike,
it can be turned off in the rig menu I believe. All Kenwood transceivers have hardware handshaking by default AFAIK. I've no idea why it is not the default in the Hamlib capabilities.

Speaking of TS-2000 though...is hardware handshake mandatory? If so, why isn't that the default for the rig?
