Strange waterfall patten

I only use PKT-U to transmit. and that does not work.
As you suggested I took HRD out of the loop and sent you the settings for WSJT-X
It still does not work.

I did as you suggested and can decode FT8 and can key the rig but there is no audio or power output.
Attached is a screen shot of the WSJT-X settings to be checked in case I have messed up

For 10m, I see the current default channel is 28.18 MHz.. With international beacons down to around 28.160 MHz and lower (Region 2 bcns from 28.2-28.3 MHz), I think a more suitable channel

There is some activity on 14.080 MHz, both on PSK Reporter and on my waterfall, but I’ve been unable to decode them. But then my current antenna is 6 dB above a dummy load on that

The TX Soundcard settings *have nothing to do with waterfall and decode*
If the sound comes out of the computer speakers, WSJT-X is configured
to use the wrong sound card for transmit. With DigiKeyer

My Icom IC-7300 works fine for FT8 etc which shows I can setup the software.
The FTdx5000 relies on the Digikeyer II and while that interface works with other makes of radio it does not work with the
