Good morning, all - It's been a couple of years since I last used WSJT-X (life got in the way. . .). Trying to get things put back into operation, and find that I cannot get the RX audio display to go

Microsoft did the same thing to Windows 10 users a few months back. It's generally not a good idea for Apple to mimic them so closely!

I use a MacBook Pro with an FTDX10 so cabling will be different but once connected for the audio you’ll need to go into the Audio MIDI settings and make sure the codecs show up under audio devices

Hi Karl,
I enhanced WSJT-X so that it logs SAT name along with the RX frequency
which it didn't do before. Just looking for beta testers for my patch.

Is it really useful? Why adopt FT8 on QO-100, where the s / n ratio is not so low as to justify it?
I could understand a request for LEO, but a much less Doppler sensitive modulation is needed in this

In reality what is needed is a correlation function - where one instance
of WSJTX can take input (UDP?) from a second instance and combine/dedupe
the two streams.
I don't know if the UDP stream

You've hit on the problems. As an EE, a ham for 65 years who uses diversity a lot on CW with my K3, and a retired audio professional, I consider it a very bad idea to combine audio from two receivers
