Did you do this?
Rename \Users\[username]\AppData\Local\WSJT-X.ini
Then send in the old WSJT-X.ini file and maybe this can be fixed.

This is a long-standing problem with WSJT.
The best thing to do is install each version in it's own folder so you won't have this problem in the future. Just add the version info to the path when

I have a similar unresolved issue. After upgrading to the newest version
of WSJTx at start up it flashes a time out error then disappears.

I have the exact same problem. In the last few days there was mention of a
fix for it in this reflector.

There are only 3 tries allowed on both sides of the QSO.
The bands have been kind of flaky the last week or so with the solar activity going on. So lots of fading. Also some operators aren't very

Yes, see User Guide 11. Logging especially one but last paragraph. You may wish to backup your wsjtx_log.adi file before replacing it with the aclog.adi file.

actually export your log to an adi, and rename or save as wsjtx_log.adi and
move or copy it to the wsjtx 'appdata folder
