It actually can help you decode weak signals according to the manual.

Check the fonts in WSJT, File, settings, general. Mine are MS Shell Dog 2 for Font and Courier for Decoded Text Font.

Occasionally I see the characters a1 (most common), a2 or a3 after the call sign in the band activity / rx frequency windows. I did a quick search of the message history with no luck and also

Yes will be an issue if one config both bands - there is a selector to the left of active windows - TX# - that will over-ride the serial number. It’s a manual job to remember.

Thank you for your feedback. As far as I know the Language Fonts is set properly. I have looked to see if there are any additional settings but can not find anything. If I am missing something

Also keep an eye on memory usage. If that gets to 90% or so then your programs will start swapping in and out of memory.
