Phil, my understanding is the Signalink is just a audio interface. What device are you using to control the radio?
What OS are you using?

Hi guys. HAMLIB error seems to be the key.
I have not got WSJT-X to run in Ubuntu Linux either.
Have spent a few hours now and am very frustrated as I am fairly experienced with MixW and FLDIGI

Hi Phil,
I run the exact same setup for WSPR and the rig control is pretty easy and I am happy to share my settings but:
Firstly - can I confirm you do have a CAT lead (NOT JUST THE SIGNALINK)

I have udp port 4739 now allowed through the Windows firewall, but no improvements. Just had WSJT-X running for 45 minutes on 15 meters with many stations decoded, and no traffic on port 4739

Hi Mark,
I can't say for sure, only Philip can, but my experience is that spots are "refreshed" on the map whenever a new spot is received.

Hi Mark,
reading the rest of your post I think you understand that decodes including a grid square are posted as spots to PSKReport, but just in case, just checking.
Calls do not have to be new

Mark, I looked at my information in pskreporter, but do not see big gaps. It however is not reporting a significant amount of what I am hearing. I wonder if anti virus software is impacting it?

can you try other modes, to see if they decode ok. if they do, then I would suggest timing is off, and you should look into nettime or dimension to run at windows startup, to keep you clock

Any ‘signals’ on the waterfall?
If not then its ‘likely’ a sound card selection issue.
W10 is NOT intuitive. You might have to juggle the inputs eg. I select the ‘webcam/micrphone’

OM,
it is not necessary to create a new socket for every send. What are remoteIPAddress and localPort, specifically localPort sounds wrong, you must send replies to the sender address and port
