WSJT-X 2.1.0 crashes in certain circumstances on Mac OS 10.11 'El Capitan'

I'm running an older version of Mac OS, 10.11.6 'El Capitan', and tried
upgrading from WSJT-X 2.0.1 (which works perfectly) to 2.1.0, but the

I can add those but I found when I tried the knock-off 4 rig clone of Omni-Rig that there are some problems with that version. YMMV.

It sounds like you have "Default" selected as your sound device in WSJT-X.
Whenever you plug in anything (including your rig) Windows makes it the default devices rather than asking you if you want
