Request to developers: Extend the "WSPR Guard Band" feature to work also on 17meters.

at what precise frequency are you trying to listen ?
i f you are on a random frequency is almost impossible that you receive anything except you are very very luck :-)

I thought WSJT-X complained if you transmitted over a WSPR frequency. IIRC it used to for JT-65.

make sure you are on USB, have your receive RF set to get signals, go to
waterfall and find an active frequency to use

Are you seeing any evidence of signals on the waterfall?
Is your PC time correct?
Are the stations you are monitoring using JT65 or Q65?
None of the DT values you have seen would be valid

I had an older version of PSTRotator and they agree much better now with 17.28 -- differing by around 100km as of right now so only 0.026% between them.
