No problem! You have receiver filter set to about 500 Hz and 800 Hz bandwidths depending on band. 500 Hz at 10m and 800 Hz at 20m bands.

60M is a great Band for FT8. It's never crowded and I've even
dropped the power down to 5w and made QSOs to EU with an
end-fed longwire.

I’m not sure FT8 will, but JT65 worked quite well with two on the same frequency - not even one Hz apart.
For 20 and 40, jump on FT4 and try it. On very busy days, you’ll also find FT4 on 17m

I often get calls while I let the program in monitor and am not actively operating, Being in Delaware JTAlert sounds its alarm and I will answer the call. Nice to help others get DE confirmed.

if it is definitely the right serial port then make sure no other application has it open. If you are on Linux then make sure your user is in the dialout group.
