Two things, first restart your computer, amazing how many digital issues are fixed with this - second, look at RFI issues in the shack.

The receiving signal strength indicator on the left is showing Indication of no signal received. Do you have RF gain turned off on your radio?

Hi,
Actually more precisely there is no audio input to codec (A/D converter in your rig or PC, USB codec or whatever happens change audio into digital format for wsjt-x).

Bill,
Thanks for your reply. I have checked the following and confirmed as indicated. This has to
be an audio problem but I have been unable to find it. Windows 10 is not my friend.

.c2 file format?
Is the .c2 file format documented anywhere? If so where?
Is there a required naming convention for .c2 files?
Thanks and 73,

Hi,
Clearly you have lost audio connection from your rig to PC and wsjt-x.
Do you hear the signals from your rig speaker or from PC speaker? If latter Windows has connected your rig to the PC

Then check to see what has changed.
Looks like a USB device may have upset the sound settings.
Windows is good at reorganising devices without one realising.

I can hear the signals, but the display on the waterfall is just orange blocks. I don't think I have changed anything,
