For the TS440s issue, you need to talk to the Hamlib people over on:-

    hamlib-developer@...

You'll need to subscribe to the mailing list at:- 
https://sourceforge.net/p/hamlib/mailman/ 

To get that sorted out, it's not a WSJTx problem as such.
