Mac mini mid 2012 i7
(which I chose because it still had the audio ports, lol)

ive had midi setup issues before Using the Mac internal sound card with my FT840. It likes to change from 48k to 44k.  

now using the ftdx3000:
Based on the suggestions here, I went to midi setup and it had messed with the sampling rate. 

what I did was set back to 48k for both but change from 2ch to 1ch. It’s working now BUT going back to view the MIDI setup it’s set back to 2ch 16bit 48k.
