Roger,
Go into the setting and make sure the audio tab is pointing to your USB audio devices.  For some reason with using other software, that get set back to speakers or other audio device rather than the USB ones.

Hi Roger,

the post below details the steps to set levels for Tx when using WSJT-X:

Note particularly that using a Tx offset around 1500 Hz is essential
when setting Tx levels.
