your advice below is unwise. Installing package versions that are different from the ones provided by a distribution just to satisfy the dependencies of another package is likely to break the system at worst and will certainly introduce package versioning issues.

WSJT-X is provided as pre-built packages targeted for particular distributions, just because that happen to be in the right format for your system, i.e. Debian packages, does not mean they are automatically suitable for installation. The correct way to install if the package is unsuitable is to build from the sources, its not difficult and will not require any packages that cannot be found in your distribution repositories.
