Rick,

Hamspots receives spots from JT-Alert and not WSJT-X, so the Hamapps group would be a better place to get support.   That said, run the connection test in the JT-Alert settings to see if the port JT-Alert uses to send these spots is blocked by your antivirus/firewall.
