Locked Help with newbie trying to use wsjt-x v2.12 with FT-817, Signalink, WIN 10

Spent most of the day trying to run wsjt-x, v2.12 so that I could run JT8 and JT8CALL with Yaesu FT-817ND and a Signalink.

When first loading up I get a "Rig Control error" box. After checking my Settings and trying all sorts of configurations I get:

Rig Failure
Hamlib error
IO error while opening connection to rig

I've gone through several resources, including UTube, without solving the problem.  I've even checks the pin settings in the Signalink.  NO JOY.

Is there anyone who can help me?  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  My frustration level is sky-high.
