Locked WSJT-x sending MD1; command to FT-991a, which is not a valid command #Cat_RigControl

When connecting my FT-991a to WSJT-x, it "stumbles" to get the TEST CAT button to turn green and control the radio.

If left running, it "fixes" itself then later stumbles again sending "MD1;" again. According to the Yaesu CAT document the only valid value for the FT-991a MD command <P1> parameter is 0 not 1.
