I am using very. 2.6.0-RC4, but I've seen it for years within multiple versions.

I am using Win10 ver 1703 (2017 cuz I cannot update further - hardware incompatibility),. And maybe that is part of my issue, but I don't understand why it would.

Oh and thanks to windows auto-correct,. I was saying if the watchdog timer STATED the correct time... it changed it to dated - stupid windows!
