I finally was able to fix soundcard issues. My TS-480 can transmit. Now there is no receiving. Rarely I see aa station transmitting, The Band Activity Receiving is only less than 20 db. Most of the time it doesn't move at all. Is the problem with the software or the TS480?
BTW, a soundcard popped up in the Output Setting that allowed me to transmit.
