There seems to be both linear time shift of half a second from 18:48:15 to 18:49:00. Then at 18:50:00 a jump of one second. Finally at 18:51:00 another 0.4 seconds jump. All to the same direction. Could that indicate some time setting or audio buffer jumps. One second buffer is quite large!
