Thank you for the reply. I subsequently found the issue but couldn’t update my message.
DUP was showing in the display so it looked like the frequency being transmitted on had different settings, in this case DT gain of 50. Very strange. I just googled DUP for this radio and found the ‘very odd’ way of getting rid of it.
