One further caution: Do NOT set the soundcard interface port to be either the "Default" or "Communications Default" device! As Ron hinted above, your "Default" device should be the PC soundcard for speakers; it will get all the system tones and other audio from JT-ALERT. In Windows 10, Zoom usually grabs "Communications Default" for its auto level-setting process. If you allow Zoom to automatically initiate scheduled calls, that can destroy hours of your work optimizing the transmit and receive audio interface settings for your radio.
