Hey Mike,
I'm running Version 2.53 on my FTDX-3000 with no problems. If you were running a previous version successfully, I don't think there should be the difficulty you mention. Of course your setup may be different. I do run Pegasus 4.46, JTAlert 2.16.17, and Time Sync all together.
