Thanks Bill; for some reason when I execute the command, either with or without 'sudo', I get a 'command not found' response.  I wonder if the (now-deprecated) original build instructions I followed (at https://ava.upuaut.net/?p=726&cpage=1#comment-170232) didn't include the installation of gpsd.

I must get round to trying to update the Pi-based NTP server, perhaps by following the latest set of build instructions, but in the meantime doing an 'ntpq -p' command on the Pi shows that the offset is almost always less than 5µsecs which in turn means that the various NTP clients that access the Pi-based NTP server are generally within 1 or 2msecs of 'real time' which is more than adequate for WSJT-X purposes...  :-)

Hi Martin,

I tend to have /usr/sbin in the PATH environment variable, my bad. Try:

/usr/sbin/gpsd -V
