cd %LOCALAPPDATA%
ren WSJT-X WSJT-X.bak

Start WSJT-X and it will be a new configuration.

Or this will start a new config also.

cd \WSJT\wsjtx\bin
wsjtx -r test

See if either of those solve your problem.
