I'll second BktTimeSync.. It's not well known but works well. I have a USB GPS dongle and the software accepts the output so I can set my PC clock using GPS time. (It also uses NNTP if you have no GPS capability).

In reference to the timing program, yes I am using BKTIMESYNC on all my pc's.
