I see you have the same serial port specified for CAT Control as well as PTT via RTS.  Is that what you intend to do? Did it work like that before? I've never used such a configuration, personally would use a separate serial device for PTT if I were using hardware keying, but that's the one thing that jumps out at me to ask about.
