My research list now includes hooking up the real TS-2000 I have in the shack to see whether the latest version works properly with it.  Might help determine whether the issue was with the TS-2000 emulation in PowerSDR, or a bug in Hamlib.  In any case, the native PowerSDR mode is working great so it's not a big priority, I've used 2.4.0 a lot this week and the rig control has been solid.
